Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs.thejeanco@gmail.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure a faster and smoother process.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above, including the item being unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that this cooling off period is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
